Summary of film: The hunger games

The Hunger Games is a 2008 science fiction novel by the American writer Suzanne Collins. It is written in the voice of 16-year-old Katniss Everdeen, who lives in the dystopian, post-apocalyptic nation of Panem in North America.

It is a film narrated in the first person by the protagonist Katniss, a girl of 16 years, where he lives in a post-apocalyptic Panem nation.The Hunger Games, "an annual event in Panem where a boy and a girl from each district spanning from ages twelve to eighteen must fight to the death between them.

She lives in the poorest of all District 12 and in charge of mining. He has a younger sister Primrose Everdeen.The day you get to choose to taxes, called "Harvest Day" Prim is being chosen as female tribute from District 12. But Katniss protective attitude toward his sister cause she is offered as a tribute to life-saving Prim.
On the trip, they know their mentor Haymitch Abernathy, only winning games with life out of District 12. He advises them and starts to explain everything to be done in the following days. He explains that approaches the parade of taxes, an event where participants of the games are presented to the public. Cinna plans that Katniss and Peeta emanating use a fire suit and attention and get sponsors.

After several days of training, the taxes must give a show for the Rangers Capitol. This in order to receive a score of 1 to 12 to guide sponsors. In his presentation, Katniss throws an arrow an apple placed in the mouth of a pig. Katniss receives the highest score of all districts one eleven out of twelve.

When you are in the Hunger Games Peeta and Katniss team up and break the laws of the Capitol where only one could survive the Hunger Games, and finally Peeta and Katniss are the only survivors because they have no value to kill each other.
